- Professional Services Disclaimer
We provide professional technology services using commercially reasonable efforts. No guarantee is made regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, search engine rankings, lead generation results, or operational efficiencies.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain lawful use of delivered systems
• Provide required project materials on time
• Maintain credentials and account security
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Clients retain ownership of content they provide.
• Israel AI Cloud retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, automation systems, templates, scripts, and internal tools.
• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables specifically created for their project.
- Payments
Project fees, consulting fees, and maintenance fees are due according to the agreed proposal, invoice, or contract.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of websites, cloud infrastructure, third-party services, hosting environments, or Internet connectivity.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Israel AI Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding twelve (12) months.
- Third-Party Platforms
Our services may integrate with third-party providers including AWS, WordPress, Docker, hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, and AI platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions of third-party providers.
- Termination
Either party may terminate services according to applicable project agreements. Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on this website.
